A top-tier technology solutions provider wanted to test their Go-to-Market plans with the customer advisory board before full market launch.
Engagement

Upon review of the new requirements and board feedback, we redesigned the board engagement process with significant change in both preparation and delivery of the board sessions:

Redesigned each session to remove all slides in favor of customized, hand-drawn visuals to create a differentiating, intimate experience.

Engaged each customer in advance, hearing their priorities, building relationships, and creating pull within their enterprise.

Built the overarching ‘big-picture’ to create a shared context and avoid people talking past each other.

Published collateral as GTM feedback along with business development and growth opportunities with key accounts. A customer version was also produced to help them share the story within their organization.
